Mindfulove was born from a simple belief: that true mindfulness isn't found in isolation — it lives in the love we give ourselves, each other, and the earth beneath our feet.
What began as a personal practice grew into a platform — first the app, then the retreat. The PLSE Retreat in Siargao is the physical home of everything Mindfulove stands for: peace, love, surf, and a deep respect for the environment.
